Please note that while we will make every effort to remove the content from all active marketing campaigns and materials, it may take up to 14 days for the content to be completely removed from all platforms, including static digital downloads and third-party sites where the content may have been shared.

Virtual Events, Webinars, and Livestreams We host various virtual events, webinars, and livestreams as part of our Service. If you choose to participate in these events, any information you provide, including chat messages and video participation, may be visible to other users in the replays of that content. By participating in these events, you are consenting to the recording and publishing of your participation.

Single Sign-On (SSO) and Third-Party Services We use a Single Sign-On (SSO) system between our website and Circle.so, as well as additional social login options, including but not limited to Facebook and Google. Our use of this tool is strictly for improving user experience and tailoring our content to meet the needs of our audience. Ambassador Program Our Ambassador Program involves the appointment of experienced real estate professionals who serve as representatives and moderators of our community. As part of the onboarding process, Ambassadors participate in a mandatory interview with our founder, which is recorded and may be shared with the community. Ambassadors are also given access to a private chat and other communication channels to facilitate their role.

Educational Content and Courses ATA Connect offers a variety of educational content and courses, some of which may be provided by third-party partners. When you enroll in these courses, you may be required to share additional information with us or the third-party provider. This information will be used to deliver the course, track your progress, and issue certifications where applicable. We may also share revenue with these third-party providers based on course enrollment and completion.

Comments and Cookies When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to aid spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
