Education
Several years of elementary education, college, military, technical school, real estate and appraisal education.
Philosophy
I love what I do for a living. The appraisal of real estate has never really been just a job for me. Preparing for a career in this profession, I was mentored by 5 different professional appraisers with varying levels of expertise in several market areas. To give back, in my 33 years in this industry, I have mentored/trained 8 different appraiser trainees. I have always enjoyed helping others and welcome the opportunity to assist others in their understanding of my life experience in this profession.
