User Data Deletion Request

At Ask The Appraiser, LLC and ATA Connect, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. If you wish to request the deletion of your user account and associated data, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Submit a Deletion Request: To initiate the process, please send an email to info@asktheappraiser.com with the subject line “User Data Deletion Request”. In the body of the email, include your full name, username, and the email address associated with your account.
2. Verification Process: Upon receiving your request, our team will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account. We may ask for additional information to confirm that you are the rightful owner of the account.
3. Confirmation and Timeline: Once your identity is verified, we will send you a confirmation email acknowledging your deletion request. Please note that the deletion process may take up to 14 days to complete, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This time frame allows us to ensure that your data is thoroughly removed from our systems, including any active marketing campaigns, static digital downloads, or third-party sites where your content may have been shared.
4. Data Removal: During the deletion process, we will remove your personal information, including your user profile, posts, comments, and any other user-generated content associated with your account. Please be aware that while we will make every effort to delete your data completely, some residual information may remain in our backup systems for a limited period due to legal obligations or technical constraints.
5. Completion Notification: After your data has been successfully deleted, we will send you a final confirmation email to notify you that the process is complete.
